My love for museums developed as a young child. The way that people cared so passionately for items of the past really spoke to me. After I graduated from Lamar University, with a Bachelor’s in history, I began looking for a career in museum work. Not long after I served a brief internship at The Fire Museum of Texas. Afterwards, I became the director of The Edison Plaza Museum for the first time. I am so excited to be resuming the role, and can’t wait to help educate visitors on the many inventions that created the modern day. I would love to thank our board of directors, our many grant supporters, and museum guests for this opportunity.
